30 mins on the treadmill on walking pace and 1 hour of intensive zumba in the evening. Ended with a sore bottom but never felt better!
Next minute reality kicks in, will I continue with Day 2?
Day 2 of Give it 100 - 21st May 2014 : Manage to sneak in a quick 25 mins on the treadmill before my long unused sneakers gave way! Damn!
Thats another reason to go shopping no?
Day 3 of Give it 100 - 22nd May 2014: Completed 40 mins of varied walking on treadmill and 15 mins of light hand weights while on it. Ate moderately for the day too. I'm happy
Day 4 of Give it 100 - 23rd May 2014: Upping another 5 mins each on treadmill and hand weights, 45 mins on varied treadmill while juggling 20 mins of hand weights.
Motto of the day is: Slowly but surely I will get there!

158 / 43% - Not liking these number on the scale...I need to lose 30 at least and half the fat?
Day 5/100 on 25th May 2014: Had an enjoyable 1 hour walk with my son at the park. Having a companion counts!
Day 6/100 on 26th May 2014: Had a hearty breakfast with family and ended with a 30 mins walk in the park with son again. This time it seems harder, I wonder if its the slight incline of the pathway or the heavy breakfast I just had?
Then again, I'm glad I did exercise instead of just crashing on the couch!

Day 7 on 27th May 2014: I seriously think someone is testing my commitment to Give it 100. After work, I changed into my exercise gear and stepped on my home treadmill and it refuse to move! End of life problems I guess.
Seriously wanting to make it happen, I roped in my helper and son to walk and buy groceries from the supermarket instead of 1: giving up and end up watching tv or 2: drive to supermarket.
We even chose a uphill path on our way home and worked up a bucket of sweat!

Day 8/100 on 28th May 2014 - I huffed and puffed my way through a free zumba workout at a mall. Ate relatively clean for the whole day. Yay!
Deferred Day 9 to 11 - super migraine kicked in.
Resumed Day 9 of give it 100 on 31st May - An hour walk in the park to restart my system after 3 days rest. Feels good to be exercising again!
Day 10 - 1st June: Managed to squeeze in a short walk with son riding the bike before a dim sum buffet lunch to celebrate mother in law's birthday.

Day 11 - 2nd June: went to the gym with 3 kids in tow! Walked on treadmill for 30 mins and multi-task with 1kg hand weights - is that what we call "killing 2 birds with 1 arrow"?
Day 12 - 3rd June: Twitched the overnight oats recipe to include honey and nuts, now I'm liking it better!
Also did my cardio and 3 reps of weights today! All in anticipation of mum's birthday dinner tomorrow night!

Day 13 of Give it 100 - long overdue
Got back on track on 8th June with an hour of brisk walking by the park though I went up and down the stairs carrying lots of stuff in preparation for son's birthday party on 7th June. I ate party food though (think fried chicken, crispy prawn fry, spaghetti, etc...) so I reckon I won't count as a workout day in Give it 100

9th June - walked out with son and hubby for dinner, just wanted some exercise, any exercise as long as Im moving!
Day 15/100 on 11th June : Son woke me up at 8am and said let's go to the gym!
Treadmill - 33 mins
Weights - concurrently on treadmill 15 mins. Subsequently another 20 mins.
I'm just getting into weights and hope I don't bulk up, I shouldn't with 2lbs and 4lbs weights right?

Day 16/100 - 12th June: A 1.5 hour walk in the park with my girlfriends, loving the company!
Day 17/100 - 13th June: Son accompanied me to the gym in the morning. Treadmill concurrently with 2 lbs weights. 3 reps of weights after. Think I'm getting the hang of it!
Day 18/100 - 14th June: Another workout at the gym with son. A repeat of yesterday's workout.
